Abstract
The article is devoted to the criminalistics classification of crimes that committed by members of youth informal groups. The importance of criminalistics classification of crimes that committed by members of youth informal groups for developing appropriate criminalistics methodology is underlined. Criterions of classification and types of unlawful (criminal) encroachments are proposed.
