THE CRITERIA OF ASSOCIATION OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES: LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article highlights the legal aspects of the association of territorial communities. An analysis of the regulatory framework is carried out. An attempt is being made to classify the criteria for the association of territorial communities. The monitoring of the map of Ukraine is underway the already united communities. The conditions for the formation of capable territorial communities are determined. The process of decentralization is highlighted at the present stage of development.
