The Criterion of the effectiveness of national official investigation into the death of a man

Abstract
The article is devoted to systematization of the most important parameters of the investigation, which the European court of human rights considers crucial in assessing the effectiveness of national official investigation into the death of a man in cases of murder or suspicious circumstances surrounding the death. In a systematisation of the author based on quantitative, qualitative and temporal indicators. The author's definition of "criterion to investigate its effectiveness.
