THE CURRENT STATE OF RESEARCH ON ENCROACHMENTS ON THE INTEGRITY OF THE STATE BORDER

Abstract
The article deals with the research on encroachments on the integrity of the state border of criminologists of modern Ukraine. In chronological order scientific researches depending on the criminalization of acts for encroachment on the integrity of the state border of Ukraine has been opened. A brief analysis of the dissertation research on the investigation of violations of the state border was conducted.
