Abstract
The article gives an analysis of scientific papers devoted to different issues of fraud prevention in the field of mortgage lending in Ukraine. Revealed shortcomings and gaps that require further study, as well as partially opened the legal regulation of mortgage lending in Ukraine. The article presents the recommendations to bring existing legislation into conformity with the European standards.
