THE CUSTOMER CAPITAL AT ENTERPRISES OF TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY SERVICE OF THE ODESA REGION

Abstract

This paper discusses customer capital of the enterprise as a modern concept. The model of the customer capital at enterprises of tourism and hospitality service of the Odesa region is proposed. Findings are used to support existing managerial policies for better management practices of the enterprises.
