The definition of the right to social maintenance

Abstract
The scientific positions regarding the definition of the term “subjective right” are analyzed in the article. In addition, the relation of such concepts as “social protection” and “social maintenance” is investigated and their contents are described. Also, the author’s definition of “the right to social maintenance” is offered.
