Abstract
The article investigates the deformed sense of justice as one of the major challenges to the transformation of the legal system. The basic deformation of legal conscience as the antithesis of legal activity are revealed, carried out their features, disclosed the differences between them. Justified, how the negative forms of legal conscience influence legal reality evolution.
