The delimitation of crimes against family from other related crimes

Abstract
The present scientific article constitutes a criminal law analysis of the harmful actions against family. It represents a first complex theoretical-aplicative research of the problems concerning the phenomenon of the criminality that attempts mainly or exclusively on the social relations regarding the cohabitation within the family, but also the delimitation from other related crimes of these deeds incriminated by the criminal law.
