THE DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION OF MEDIATION AS A WAY OF RESOLVING CIVIL DISPUTES WITHIN THE CANADIAN LEGAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The research paper describes stages of development mediation in civil cases in Canada. Peculiarities of mediation regulation in Canadian provincials’ legislation, forms of mediation application were determined and general resume on factors, which have influenced on mediations` spreading among parties of civil disputes.
