THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCIES ON THE SUBJECT OF UPBRINGING THROUGH THE 4C MODEL IN PRIMARY SCHOOL CLASSES

Abstract

This article discusses the application of the 4C model (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity) in primary school education through the subject of "Upbringing." The focus is on the development of key competencies among students, enhancing their overall academic and social skills. The article provides an analysis of existing literature on competency-based education, describes the methods and materials employed in implementing the 4C model, and evaluates the results of its integration into primary education. The findings suggest that the 4C model fosters critical thinking and creativity, supports effective communication and collaboration, and aligns with contemporary educational needs.
