THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL REFLEXIVITY OF FUTURE EDUCATORS

Abstract

The article reveals the methodological and organizational foundations of the forming experiment. The training program for the development of professional reflexivity of students is analyzed, the aim of which is to increase the psychological readiness for professional activity among graduate students of the pedagogical faculty of the university. The results of effectiveness of the psychological training program are presented and interpreted.
