THE DEVELOPMENT OF STAFF POTENTIAL OF AN ENTERPRISE AS A FACTOR OF QUALIFIED OMMERCIAL SERVICES

Abstract
In the article, the necessity of qualitative changes in the field of providing commercial services is discussed. The retrospective analysis of the definition of "quality" is submitted and the analysis of the definition of the "commercial services" concept is given. The creation of a model for managing the development of staff potential of an enterprise based on cooperation between the concerned parties of its development for ensuring qualified commercial services is substantiated. The complex of balanced mutual benefits of the interested parties in the process of the development of staff potential is described. The scheme for managing the development of staff potential for ensuring the qualified commercial services is offered.
