THE DIALECTICAL ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT “EFFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT”

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to generate a essence of the concept of “effective development” through the analysis of different approaches and opinions, which reflects its main characteristics and will take into account all the components of impact on this process. Methodology of the study. For the study used a systemic and structural methods, the abstract and the concrete evaluation process, as well as graphic and dialectical methods. Results. On the basis of the analysis of literary sources, the dialectical essence of the concept of “development” is explored. Were considered theoretical definitions of the concepts “development”, “development of the enterprise”, “economic development”, which allowed to formulate author's approaches to the interpretation of these concepts and to outline their common components, as well as to formulate the definition of “effective development”. It is determined that the process of development of the enterprise should take place in such a way that changes in all spheres of the enterprise activity were aimed at increase of profitability, stabilization of level of economic safety, improvement of all characteristics of the enterprise in view of possibility of further effective development. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the effectiveness of those changes occurring in any economic system. We consider that the components of elements of development are the components of external and internal influences, activity, activity and movement each of components of the system, innovation and novelty, information provision, existent potential for the process of development, creativity and interaction of all elements and their consistency. Scientific novelty. Was formed an author's approach to the interpretation of the concept of effective development, which will allow to take into account the influence of all components and will characterize the development process in terms of the effectiveness of all components in aggregate. Practical significance is the development of recommendations for the formation of a system of motivational model that will help to increase the level of enterprise development through the mobilization of intellectual and creative resources of the enterprise and will ensure its growth and competitiveness.
