THE DIGITIZATION OF THE ECONOMY AND THE CHALLENGES FACED BY LABOR LAW

Abstract
The paper examines the relationship between digitization of the economy and the impact of the process on labor law in an international and national aspect. On the basis of an analysis carried out, conclusions and recommendations for the development of the sector are made in view of the challenges of the global economy and the international labor market as well as with regard of the idea of humanization in working conditions.
