THE DIRECTIONS OF COMPREHENSIVE ENSURING ACTIVITY OF DIVISIONS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE AT INTRODUCTION OF EXTRAORDINARY LEGAL REGIMES

Abstract
To improve the system of Ukrainian Armed Forces on the operation in a special (crisis) period and its place in the financial system of the state, the article proposes to amend the legislative and regulatory framework of Ukraine concerning the definition of the order of lending to enterprises, institutions and organizations that will fulfill the state defense order in particular period and to identify new functions of the National Bank of Ukraine, which will enhance the country’s defense.
