When a conflict arises, the leader naturally takes the side of one or another participant. Inappropriate behaviour during the conflict and the refusal to see the conflict, the recognition of it as a natural phenomenon create the conditions for the conflict to get deeper. The other reason that is wery frequent is poor involvement of employees into decision making and misevaluation of feedback. The problem of mobbing on the organizational level is influenced by bad work organization, absence of conflict solving system, ineffective usage of mobbing intervention methods.
