The dynamics of a civil position: from civic activity to political passivity

Abstract
The article analyzes the causal and consequential tendencies of the variability of the civic position. The dependence of civic activity from the subjective motivation of citizens and the conditions that the state creates is conceptually is substantiated. The author examines the practical expression of a civic position that dynamically changes from quick mobilization to further passivity, based on foreign and domestic research.
