The economic mechanism of development of private enterprises

Abstract
Forming of effective economic mechanism of enterprise is one of terms of overcoming of the crisis phenomena in an economy. An economic mechanism must assist the maximal use of human capital, to provide the frequent increase of efficiency of economic activity of enterprises. The methodical base of creation of organizationally- economic mechanism is formed by knowledge of progress of economy, essence and mechanisms of action of economic laws, ability of them trends to use in practice in the process of activity of enterprise.
