The editing of sources about Belarusian history of the XIX century in Belarus: problems and achievements of the 25th anniversary of Belarusian independence

Abstract
The article provides a general view on the editing activities of the official and private institutions concerning the edition of sources about belarusian history of the XIX century during the period of Independence of the Republic of Belarus. General analysis of the problems and achievements of this activity is giving. Also the development trends of publishing activities aredetermined.
