The Effect of Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: A Comparative Study on Public and Private Sector Employees

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behaviour in the health sector. The study consists of three parts including literature review and the application of two concepts. In the first part of the study, the concept of organizational justice is examined; in the second part of the study the concept of organizational citizenship behavior is examined and the relationship between the two concepts is explained. In the third part, in order to test the relationship between the concepts and hypothesis prepared from surveillance of literary, the application is applied to the staff of the public hospital and private hospital in Eskisehir. At the part of method of data collection, demographic characteristics, organizational justice instrument and organizational citizenship behavior instrument and questions were used in the research. 200 piece surveys‟ data that enable to analyze the relationship between variables, was analyzed with spearman correlation test by using statistical program SPSS 20.0. According to the results of the study, different results are obtained between organizational justice perceptions and organizational citizenship at the different associations.
