Abstract
Objectives to be achieved in this research is To know and analyze the effectiveness of legal protection against perpetrators of ordinary murder criminal who underwent criminal in Penitentiary and to know and analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of legal protection against perpetrators of ordinary murder criminal who underwent criminal in Penitentiary. The focus point on this paper is how the effectiveness of legal protection against the perpetrators of criminal acts of murder who underwent a criminal in Penitentiary.
