THE EFFECT’S OF MANEGER’S COMMUNICATION FEAR ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION PROCESS

Abstract

Communication is processes of perception and in this process, the fears of the manager occur as a factor affecting the meaning of the message and a block for the process of communication. In this study, the breakdown of the communication process which is one of the most important problems occur in organizations, the attitude of the manager in manager-employee relations, the methods being used by managers for decision making and the effect of emotions in these decisions are the research topics. The research has been conducted to 65 per cent of private sector institutions within the boundaries of the city Isparta, which has been selected according to random sampling method. the research has been designed to detect whether high, middle and lower level managers have some fears about their relationships with employees. the questions chosen as a result of scanning seconderial resources and according to the aims predetermined has been asked to the subjects of sample mass by virtue of a survey. For the assessment of the study, to find that whether there is any statistical difference between different groups, one variable analysis techniques of t-test and One-way ANOVA Test has been implied. To examine the relations between two or more variables, Factor Analysis Techniques has been implied. According to the findings of the research, it is observed to the age variable that 35–45 aged managers do care "business life" much more than others and so, they have much more fear of failure. Secondly, it has been observed that lower level managers have much more fear of admiration than high level managers.
