THE EFFECTS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION ON MOTORABILITIES

Abstract

Du ring re gu lar pro cess of te ac hing physi cal edu ca tion, a te ac her has an obli gation to con ti nu o usly con duct an as ses sment and eva lu a tion of pu pils’ physi cal de ve lopment and de ve lop ment of the ir mo tor and fun cti o nal abi li ti es. Ac cor ding to in for ma tion ob ta i ned from ini tial as ses sment, the te ac her is able to de sign a pro gram for every class, every pu pil, and to in di vi du a li se a pro cess of edu ca tion. This ap pro ach is the best way for ac hi e ving wan ted ef fects. The main goal of this re se arch was analysing re sults got from pu pils’ te sting. We as ses sed the ir mo tor abi li ti es two ti mes, on ce at the ini tial and ot her ti me at the fi nal testing ses sion. We tried to see if the re we re any dif fe ren ces bet we en two ti me po ints. Using pa i red-sam ples t-test we got sta ti sti cally sig ni fi cant dif fe ren ces in, al most, all va ri a bles, so we can say that re a li sed pro gram of physi cal edu ca tion pro du ced im pro ve ment of the mo tor abi li ti es du ring men ti o ned pe riod of ti me.
