THE EFFICACY OF THE METHODS OF REPERFUSION THERAPY IN THE PATIENT WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME WITH ELEVATION OF SEGMENT ST

Abstract

Conducted a retrospective analysis of case histories of 286 patients with acute myocardial infarction with the elevation of segment ST, which were treated at the Alexander Hospital in Kiev in 2009 and 2011, who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention – 171 patients and thrombolytic therapy -115. Patients were sharing, depending on the time of ischemia, the time delay and the risk of T²M², analyzed the influence of these factors on hospital mortality, complications of myocardial infarction and combined endpoints.
