Abstract
In this article the stages of development of legislation on insolvency of economic entities are covered. The bankruptcy procedure is considered. The focus is on the national aspects of bankruptcy. The problems of application of bankruptcy law during the criminal proceedings are identified. Identification of gaps in national legislation.
