THE ESSENCE OF THE ENTERPRISE’S PERSONNEL SECURITY

Abstract
The article considers the importance of ensuring the personnel security of the enterprise and its dualistic nature. The essence and significance of personnel security from the standpoint of foreign and domestic scientists are analyzed. There are seven basic approaches based on the definition of personnel security through the prism of the target, process, structural, functional, managerial, resource and comparative approaches. Considering the multidimensionality and diversity of approaches to determining the personnel security of an enterprise, its essence is proposed to be considered depending on the subject area of the study, with the possibility of integration and complementary of the above approaches. The concept of personnel security has been specified as a combination of conditions and factors that create security for the vital interests of participants in social and labor relations, contribute to the efficient and harmonious development of human resources.
