THE ESSENCE OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF STATE REGISTRATION OF LEGAL ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS – ENTREPRENEURS

Abstract
The feature of registration production of legal entities andphysical persons is examined in the article – entrepreneur with opening of her legal nature. The list of documents is given for registration of legal entities and physical persons – entrepreneur. The general and specific signs of registration of legal entities and physical persons are distinguished – entrepreneur. The analysis of normatively-legal acts gave possibility to be not only determined with substantive provisions but also specify on legislative inaccuracies and blanks.
