THE EUROPEAN SECURITY SYSTEM AND ITS FEATURES

Abstract
The Article definite the importance of develop the problem of creating a common system of European security in the modern situation. Analyses an international political situation in Europe in the XXI century in its strategic and military-political aspects. Also analyzes the processes and events that shape the world order in the new century in Europe with threats and challenges in modern situation, analyzes characteristics, principles of modern European security system/ The main participants in the construction of the European security system given the importance of the participation of the United Nations, the European Union, the OSCE, NATO in building a common European security system and assessed the problems of European security.
