The Evaluation Criteria for Tenants of Incubator

Abstract
"The main job for incubators is to assist start up businesses become successful and grown companies in order to reach them to a level to pay back the expenses spent for their supports and services. Thus, it is essentially important for each incubator to have good evaluation criteria, to increase success and also to find the best tenants. In this paper, the model for evaluation is presented and quantified according to the three categories of general (with 11 indicators), specialized (10 indicators) and economical criteria (with 6 indicators). The time intervals for evaluations are for 3 years with four quarters yearly. The data used are obtained from selfclaim, in the face to face meetings and also by data collection from different sources. The proper implementation of the data obtained and interaction between the companies will have a key effect on the success of the companies as well as the incubators. The paper summarizes the three year experiences of evaluating IT&ICT incubator tenants in the city of Yazd."
