THE EVALUATION OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF LOGISTIC DECISIONS OF A MODERN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The issues of economic efficiency of logistic decisions, the approaches to the evaluation of efficiency of taking logistic decisions in a management system of an enterprise have been considered in the article; the analysis of modern approaches to this problem has been carried out. The subject of the research is the evaluation of efficiency of taking managerial decisions in logistics system. The aim of the paper is to research the approaches to the evaluation of economic efficiency of logistic decisions and to design recommendations on improving the methods of evaluating the efficiency of logistic decisions of a modern enterprise. The principle of the systemic approach, the implementation of which presupposes the evaluation of economic effect of logistic activity for all the participants of the logistic agreement on the way of material flow movement, has been chosen as the main methodological principle when evaluating the economic efficiency of logistic decisions. The necessity to estimate the economic efficiency of logistic decisions at an enterprise while taking managerial decisions in logistics system based on the methods of the evaluation of modern enterprises’ investment projects efficiency that can be used in any area of business has been proved. It has been suggested that criterial indices of the efficiency of innovation and investment activity such as discounted cash flow, pure cash flow or their increase produced by the logistic decisions implementation should be used as the indices of the efficiency of logistic decisions. The influence of the factors on the pure cash flow components owing to the logistic decisions implementation in logistics system has been traced. The conclusion about the reasonability to systematize the criteria of the evaluation of the efficiency of logistic decisions depending on disposable information completeness has been made.
