The evaluation of personnel potential based on radar method

Abstract
The article is devoted to the procedure for assessing the personnel potential of an enterprise and individual workers on the basis of the radar method. The article proposes to use the radar method for assessing a personnel potential as individual employees and the enterprise as a whole, the stages and mathematical tools of evaluation are defined.
