THE EVOLUTION OF SCIENTIFIC VIEVS ON THE RESOLUTION OF BANKING DILEMMAS «LIQUIDITY-PROFITABILITY»

Abstract
The existing scientific and practical approaches to the problem of management of the bank known as the «liquidity-profitability» in terms of partial bank reserve and possible directions of development of the theory of banking to adequately address the problem are summarized in the article. It is reasoned, that principle of functioning of the banking system on the basis of partial redundancy can be implemented only if the central bank and its willingness to enter into the banking system monetary resources in the form of debt or commercial banks increase their capital. The development of new versions of the theory of asset and liability of an individual bank, which will take into account the presence of cyclical fluctuations in the economy and introduce scientific and practical rules for managing individual banks is proposed.
