THE FEATURES OF SPECIALIZED TRAINING AND RETRAINING OF IT EXPERTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACTUAL NEEDS IN LABOR MARKET

Abstract
The paper reviewed the necessity, features and ways of IT experts retraining in accordance with the actual needs in the IT industry and in labor market. It was established, that a significant problem, typical for IT specialists, is that programming languages, technologies and all areas of computing as a whole are in a stage of constant and active development. It is concluded that there is a significant need for the constant development and improvement of the knowledge and skills of IT professionals throughout all their professional careers. It was stated that self-training, self-study, on-line training and the implementation of professional certification programs already today allows such specialists to receive new and develop existing skills and knowledge. This contributes obtaining a successful high-paying job and career development in this area.
