THE FEATURES OF STRATEGIC PLANNING ON PUBLIC ENTERPRISES: THEORETICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article considers the essence and importance of strategic planning at enterprises. The importance of using strategic planning at public sector enterprises was substantiated and the algorithm of construction of stages of its development was developed. It is determined which priorities for strategic planning should be put by the heads of state enterprises. It is determined that strategic planning at state-owned enterprises should be oriented towards ensuring the growth of aggregate state capital.
