The features of the agricultural products wholesale markets personnel formation

Abstract
The article analyzes the structure and quality characteristics of personnel of the wholesale agricultural markets. The research was conducted at the regional agricultural market «Shuvar» by the method of questioning. Such seller’s characteristics, as their educational and age level, experience, relationships with owners, reasons of employment, satisfaction with working conditions are defined and the their self-esteem of importance of the individual professional skills is done.The factors, forming personnel of wholesale market, are founded.
