The article is an attempt to highlight and substantiate the specific features of self-perfection, which is seen as part of development. The main features of this process include: awareness, purposefulness, intimate character, subjectivity, integrity, continuity, social conditionality, creative character, multilevelness, uniqueness, infinity.
