Abstract
The paper touches upon the issue of specifi city of applying of the team-model of neuropsychological rehabilitation for affected anti-terrorist operation participants. Neuropsychological and individual psychological features of the combatants are highlighted dependent on the defense line, on which they were. The goals, objectives, principles and valuation methods of the effi ciency of psychotherapy are described. The author presents the own neuropsychological directive classifi cation of aggressiveness. There is shown indecent aggression as the primary defect in violation of the functions of different parts of the frontal lobe, the anterior cingulate gyrus, amygdales; as secondary defect – hostile attribution, which occurs in the gnostic and mnestic disorders, lack of intellect, lack of communication skills, disadaptation; as tertiary symptom – negative compensatory alteration of brain functioning on the principle of pathological homeostasis and addiction. The methods, which are applied in the team-model of neuropsychological rehabilitation for affected anti-terrorist operation participants and their families, are proposed and described in details. The work introduces a program of deviant behavior correction by applying meditative techniques within cognitive and behavioral therapy, which allows to destroy neural networks resulting from learned component of maladaptive behavior, to stimulate activity of medial prefrontal cortex, to lessen sensitivity of neocortex to the other parts of a brain, to extent infl uence of neocortex and relocate activity from the right prefrontal areal to the left.
