Abstract
The article is considered main external and internal factors, which influencing the deterioration of the financial state of domestic business entities. Considered the category «financial state of the enterprise». Conducted the analysis of financial results of enterprises activity and formed the main directions of improving the efficiency of the financial condition of local entities.
