THE FORMATION OF INTELLECTUAL INITIATIVE AS A PREREQUISITE FOR THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DEONTOLOGICAL TRAINING OF THE FUTURE TEACHER-PHILOLOGIST

Abstract

Abstract. The basics of forming of intellectual initiative as a prerequisite for the effectiveness of deontological training of the future teacher2philologist is investigated in the article. The pedagogical deontology of teachers provides the forming of ethical values, professional activity, and humanistic orientation of its innovative pedagogical work. The future teacher’s key ethical categories are the duty, responsibility, justice, honor, dignity, humanity, democracy, respect, compassion. The deontological training has considered as an integral part of the professional training of a student. The intellectual initiative provides the cognitive activity, which includes a number of intellectual skills: to understand the problem situation, to formulate the problem, to find new ways to solve the problem, to prove the hypothesis. A specific feature is generalization of the intellectual skills, using the correct techniques and methods. This students’ initiative is providing the intellectual activity aimed at increasing their professional skills in such important aspects as professional communication, interaction with pupils, their parents, self2 development of critical thinking, professional culture.
