THE FREIGHT FORWARDING AND CO-MODALITY OF TRANSPORT

Abstract

In article shows various aspects of transport’s comodality from the point of view of the freight forwarder / logistics / operator of multimodal transport. Presenting objectives, tasks and functions of the EU’s transport policy and comparing them with legal bases of freight forwarding, defined comodality and carried out a synthetic assessment of the transport and freight forwarding / logistics as the areas of action to obtain a competitive advantage.
