The Functional Model of a Web-enterprise with Internet Shopping Network

Abstract
In the article the development of a functional model of an e-commerce Web-enterprise under centralized management of the enterprise is presented. A special feature of the designed functional model of a Web-enterprise of e-commerce is to support the work of the Internet shops. The designed functional model takes into account both organizational and functional components of the process of e-commerce and can be seen as typical for most of the major e-businesses. The built functional model of the e-commerce enterprise creates a basis for the implementation of the approach of "horizontal" management of the e-commerce enterprise, which provides management of the functions but not processes. The scheme of matching the business processes of the Web-enterprise model to the functional model modules has been presented and their relationships with the organizational structural elements of the e-commerce enterprise have been reflected.
