THE FUTURE LAWYERS' SENSE OF JUSTICE FORMATION IN THE PROCESS OF LEGAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article outlines the main tasks of legal education in a modern educational institution as the following: education of high citizenship, a humanistic outlook formation; formation of a conscious attitude towards one's rights and responsibilities to society and the state; the formation of a deep respect for the laws and rules of hu- man cohabitation; the formation of a high sense of justice and legal culture; formation of readiness to observe and comply with the laws and requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine. The article focuses on the fact that justice is formed on the certain real basis, is relatively independent form and it takes only peculiar feature. Legal awareness is a direct law conductor in the social activities. According to this, lawful and illegal behavior is the result of a legal consciousness set of components.
