THE GENESIS OF THE HEREDITARY LAW OF UKRAINE (THE SOVIET PERIOD)

Abstract
The article investigates the process of formation and development of the inheritance law of Ukraine in the Soviet period. Its stages are determined. The main regulatory legal acts of this period have been established. Their analysis is carried out. The in-fluence on the further development of the inheritance law of Ukraine is found out.
