THE GENESIS OF THE INSTITUTION OF ADOPTION IN THE UKRAINIAN LANDS

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the analysis of legal acts, archival materials and scientific literature investigated the process of formation of Institute of adoption in Ukraine since ancient times. Preconditions for the emergence of the institution of adoption in the Ukrainian lands. Clarified the role and place of adoption as an institution right at the beginning of Ukrainian statehood. Advantages and disadvantages and also features of development of Institute of adoption, due to the specific effect of the legislation of foreign States.
