The grounds and procedure for obtaining international legal assistance in the investigation of tax evasion of a transnational nature

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the specificity of obtaining international legal aid in the investigation of tax evasion of a transnational nature. The essence of international legal aid is revealed. The grounds for obtaining international legal aid are determined. The order and features of obtaining international legal aid are established.
