THE GROUNDS FOR THE CRIMINALISTIC CLASSIFICATION OF PERSONS WHO HAVE COMMITTED CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY

Abstract
Raksts veltīts kriminālistiskās klasifikācijas kompleksa izpētei kriminālistikas zinātnē, analizējot iespējamās pretrunas un meklējot nepilnību novēršanas iespējas. Noskaidrotas kriminālistiskās un taktiskās klasifikācijas sistēmu izmantošanas iespējas zinātnē, praksē un mācību - pedagoģiskajā darbībā.Rakstā atspoguļotas noziedzīgo nodarījumu pret īpašumu kriminālistiskās klasifikācijas īpatnības. Secināts, ka šādas klasifikācijas kritērijs var būt īpašuma noziedzīgu apdraudējumu veids, nozieguma rīku un līdzekļu izmantošanas fakts un šādas izmantošanas mērķis, nozieguma izdarīšanas apstākļi, kā arī noziedzīgo nodarījumu izdarījušo subjektu īpatnības.
