Abstract
The article highlights the specifics of extension of imperial legislation in the sphere of criminal proceeding in the Ukrainian lands after abolishment of Ukrainian autonomy. Also analyzed are the main provisions of criminal procedures which were in effect in Ukraine under Russian Empire control.
