Abstract
This article focuses on the history of the establishment international, European and domestic standards of criminal law protecting human from biological exploitation. The main documents have become key for create European and domestic legal framework governing the restrictions of organs transplantation and experiments in human beings are given. The importance of further adaptation of Ukrainian criminal legislation aimed at protecting a person from biological exploitation, to EU legislation is underlined.
