The human rights in the Romano-Germanic legal family

Abstract
In this article, we examined the process of formation and development of human rights in the RomanoGermanic legal family. General principles of law in this system, due to the peculiarities of its historical formation, establish eligibility criteria for the positive law of a particular society values, thereby restricting the action of a law generally accepted moral standards.
